Dominik Hukman is a talented goalkeeper coach of the new generation. Dominik is one of the best coaching prospects, working with the youngest talents at Dinamo Youth Academy. With his approach, mentality and passion for coaching, Dominik has proven to be just the right choice for the youngest goalkeepers. Principles from Dominik’s master’s thesis “Drills to Develop Goalkeeper’s Footwork skills and Distribution” have been implemented in his work at the Academy, where situational and technical skills are developed from a young age.

13:35 - 14:25Football is a game in which every situation on the field involves analysing the circumstances, devising possible response options and choosing the best one, i.e., making the right decision. Players make most of their decisions based on what they see on the field, which is why I believe it is advisable to start developing the skills of decision-making and recognizing situations based on visual stimuli from an early age. Such training methods must be age-appropriate, which is why colours make a very good visual stimulus. Children love colours, they have fun and so, in addition to technical - tactical elements, they also develop their cognitive skills, i.e., timely decision-making and a quick reaction to what they see.WhereOnline
