Introduction of “Way 2 Success” host Tihana Nemčić

Tihana Nemčić, PhD at the Department of Sports Kinesiology at Faculty of Kinesiology and well-known football player will be the official host during the “Way 2 Success” conference.

Mrs. Nemčić is working as a professor at Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb- where she teaches football.

She got her PhD in 2019 in the field of Kinesiology of Sport, specialized in football and futsal. Her doctoral thesis offers an insight into notational analysis in futsal. Tihana is in the process of getting her UEFA PRO licence at Football Academy of Croatian Football Federation. She is former U-15 and U-17 Croatian women football national team head coach, as well as she was women football instructor for Zagreb region.

Mrs. Nemčić played for the Croatian women football national team (U19 and A- team), and she captained the women futsal national team. Most of her football carrier she spent in WFC Dinamo, which was her first and last football club. She also played professional futsal in the Italian serie A.

Tihana is the author of several scientific and professional papers and the book „Joker“, in which she presents the history of women futsal in Croatia.
