O konferenciji

Koje su tajne jedinstvenoga i dokazanog Dinamova modela razvoja igrača, kakav je put od darovitoga dječaka u nogometnoj školi do finalista Svjetskog prvenstva, u kolikoj se mjeri umjetnost improvizacije i spontanost uklapaju u proces sustavnoga rada, koliko nogometu pomaže interdisciplinarni pristup naslonjen na korištenje metoda iz drugih sportova i različitih djelatnosti… To je dio tema na predstojećoj konferenciji “Way 2 Success” u organizaciji GNK Dinamo predviđenoj za 07. i 08. veljače 2021. Riječ je o prvom Dinamovom međunarodnom nogometnom webinaru s osnovnom temom razvoja igrača i sustava rada s mladim nogometašima.

Ovom prilikom pozivamo sve zainteresirane da se uključe i pomognu kako bismo svi zajedno dodatno unaprijedili ustroj i organizaciju rada s mladima. Mnogima bi ovo mogla biti jedinstvena prilika upoznati se s uspješnim modelom nogometne akademije, slušati stručnjake s bogatim dugogodišnjim iskustvom u radu s mladim sportašima, trenere koji su odgojili brojne igrače s velikim karijerama u svjetskim razmjerima, dobiti uvid u Dinamov “know-how”.
To je ujedno i prilika podijeliti teorijska i praktička znanja, razmijeniti iskustva, ideje, pristupe, različite koncepte i strategije na području rada s mlađim uzrastima.

Webinar je zamišljen kao dvodnevni događaj, a raspored je tematski podijeljen u dva bloka. U prvom će biti riječ o uspostavi nogometne škole uz naglasak na kategorije od U-8 do U-14, dok će drugi biti naslonjen na rad s uzrastima od U-15 do U-19, ali i na seniorske momčadi.
Akademija GNK Dinamo prepoznata je kao jedna od najuspješnijih u svijetu što je vidljivo i po čestim sudjelovanjima naših trenera na predavanjima, konferencijama i kampovima širom svijeta. Najtrofejniji hrvatski nogometni klub posebnu važnost pridaje radu Akademije i razvoju igrača, a taj sustav između ostaloga uključuje oblikovanje i usmjeravanje talenta unutar škole, učenje i automatiziranje tehničko-taktičkih finesa, postupni proces integriranja u seniorski nogomet kroz navikavanje mladih na igru visokog intenziteta, na veliki pritisak, bilo fizički, psihološki, medijski… S tom smo svrhom za ovu priliku odlučili uključiti stručnjake koji su sudjelovali u radu Akademije GNK Dinamo i koji su svojim djelovanjem mijenjali trendove i utjecali na sustav rada s mladima.
Kulminacija uspješnoga rada Akademije GNK Dinamo bio je uspjeh hrvatske reprezentacije na Svjetskom prvenstvu 2018. godine u Rusiji. Upravo se GNK Dinamo nalazi u temeljima povijesnoga rezultata reprezentacije koja je osvojila srebrnu medalju na SP 2018. U tom je uspjehu sudjelovalo 14 igrača koji su prošli kroz GNK Dinamo pri čemu su desetorica i poniknuli u našoj školi. Dinamo je ujedno rekorder u povijesti finala svjetskih prvenstava u dvjema kategorijama:
a) po broju igrača poniklih u vlastitoj nogometnoj školi;
b) po broju svojih bivših ili sadašnjih igrača.
Na završnom turniru 2018. u Rusiji je, bilo na terenu ili klupi, sudjelovalo 14 bivših Dinamovih igrača: Luka Modrić, Mario Mandžukić, Dejan Lovren, Šime Vrsaljko, Marcelo Brozović, Domagoj Vida, Mateo Kovačić, Vedran Ćorluka, Milan Badelj, Andrej Kramarić, Josip Pivarić, Marko Pjaca, Tin Jedvaj i Dominik Livaković. Desetorica s ovoga popisa prošli su Dinamovu nogometnu školu po Fifinom kriteriju „home-grown player“.
Dinamovi su juniori u dvjema uzastopnim sezonama izborili plasman u četvrtfinale UEFA Youth League, Uefine Lige prvaka mladih. U sezoni 2018/’19. sudjelovali su i u finalu prestižnoga međunarodnog turnira Prmier League International Cup za mlade momčadi. Dinamo je 2018. godine osvojio Fifa Youth Cup, natjecanje najboljih svjetskih juniorskih momčadi. Isto tako 2013. podignuo je pokal Nike Premier Cupa, tadašnjega neslužbenoga svjetskoga klupskog prvenstva u pionirskoj konkurenciji, uzrast do 14 godina.

  • There is no single clearly defined model that predicts the players' exact mental characteristics needed for maximum realization of their own potential. Still, there is plenty of research indicating which factors can be disruptive and which can contribute to better player development. In this context, the lecture will show how, through practical application, we can influence the reduction of disruptive factors and the strengthening of factors that contribute to better development of players.
